गुयोट (Guyot) महासागरीय नितल पर पाया जाने वाला ऐसा ज्वालामुखी उद्भव वाला समुद्री पर्वत है, जिसका शीर्ष सपाट अथवा समतल हो गया हो। इनका निर्माण तब होता है जब कोई ज्वालामुखी द्वीप समुद्र तल से ऊपर उठता है और तरंगों की अपरदन क्रिया से उसका शिखर कटकर समतल हो जाता है; कालांतर में नितल के धँसने अथवा समुद्र तल के ऊपर उठने से यह पूर्णतः जलमग्न हो जाता है। इन्हें टेबलमाउंट भी कहा जाता है तथा प्रशान्त महासागर में इनकी संख्या सर्वाधिक पाई जाती है।
